Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Manager located in Kathmandu. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of apparel production, coordinating with the design team, managing inventory, ensuring quality control, and meeting production deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience in production management, inventory management, and quality control
- Handle bulk custom orders for t-shirts, jerseys, and other printed items
- Coordinate with the printing/sublimation team to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Work with B2B clients to finalize designs and requirements
- Ensure all orders are produced as per client expectations
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
