Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Intern role located in Kathmandu. The Sales Intern will be responsible for communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, sales activities, training, and sales management support.
Responsibilities:
- Bring in potential leads: Identify and research potential clients or customers through online platforms, field visits, or networking opportunities.
- Call and follow up with clients: Initiate contact with leads via phone calls, explain products or services, and maintain regular follow-ups to nurture interest.
- Meet clients in person: Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with prospective or existing clients to present offerings and build strong relationships.
- Close sales deals: Negotiate terms, address client concerns, and finalize agreements to successfully convert leads into paying customers.
- Provide support in sales management: Assist the sales team with organizing data, tracking performance, preparing reports, and contributing to strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Management or related field (Bachelors Students are also encouraged to apply)
- Have Two Wheeler License and Vehicle
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
