Work Hours: Sunday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Tenure: Contract-Based

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Trainee to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the company’s growth through strategic outreach and engagement. As a Sales Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in sales operations, client engagement, and business development initiatives while working closely with experienced professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by supporting and executing result-oriented sales initiatives.
  • Identify and engage potential clients via email outreach, and networking.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leads to improve conversions and long-term engagement.
  • Represent the brand on social media to enhance visibility and attract new leads.
  • Deliver excellent customer support, managing concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute content strategies targeting key audiences.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and feedback to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of services and documentation
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights.
  • Support ongoing outreach via email campaigns and social platforms to generate new business.
  • Participate in training sessions, presentations, and mentorship opportunities to develop skills.


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Some exposure to sales through internships or academic projects would be a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, social media, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.


Requirements:

  • Must have access to a personal laptop and stable internet connection.
  • Must be available to work a fixed full-time schedule: Sunday to Friday.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
