Job Title: International Trainee Sales Executive


Number of vacancy for Morning Shift: Five

Timing: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM- Monday to Friday


Number of vacancy for Evening Shift: Five

Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM- Monday to Friday


Work Nature: On-Site

Salary: Negotiable

Location: Sanepa, Kathmandu


Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic International Trainee Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in the tech-driven talent industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Sales Strategy Development: Support the sales team in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Learn and understand the product/course offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through market research and outreach.
  • Sales Process Support: Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Sales Tracking and Reporting: Monitor sales activities and document progress in CRM software, providing regular updates to the team.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • On-the-Job Training: Participate in training sessions to develop selling skills, product knowledge, and industry insights.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report insights to help improve products and sales approaches.


Requirements;

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing nature with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
  • A strong interest in sales and the talent development industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
