The Customer Service Sales Specialist is responsible for generating and managing sales leads through digital platforms, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and promoting company services across cleaning, HR, and real estate sectors. This role combines online marketing, proactive communication, and customer support to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct online research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Generate and nurture leads through LinkedIn marketing, WhatsApp outreach, and other digital channels.
- Engage with potential clients via calls, messages, and emails to introduce services and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and customer information.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns tailored to the cleaning, HR, and real estate industries.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Track and report sales progress, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Assist with content creation and online presence to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company services, pricing, and market competition.
- Ensure exceptional customer service to foster long-term client relationships.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or digital marketing (preferably in cleaning, HR, or real estate).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, Google Search, and CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and customer psychology.
