Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Service role located in Kathmandu. The Customer Service professional will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing phone interactions, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The candidate will handle customer support tasks, resolve issues, and provide relevant information to clients promptly.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience management
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer interactions effectively
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
- Bachelor Degrees in HR related or other field
- Main focus on HR background
- Knowledge in HRIS software
