We are currently seeking candidates for the following role: Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Customer Support to join our team at Strix Inc Pvt. Ltd In this role, you will be responsible for: • Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus • Fluency in relevant languages for Client communication • Bachelor's running can apply • Ability to join immediately is required. • Office time 10am-6pm. Preferred Skills • Must have Computer Skills • Good knowledge of Documentation • Fluent in English and Nepali language. • Must have Accounting Knowledge with 1 year experience in any accounting software.
