Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Client Relation Officer to be the first point of contact for our clients in Nepalgunj. This role involves managing customer interactions, handling front desk operations, telecalling, and providing basic administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relation & Greeting:
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a client-first approach to foster lasting relationships.
Telecalling:
- Make outbound calls to clients for follow-ups, appointments, and feedback.
- Respond to incoming calls, providing accurate information about services.
- Maintain call logs and client communication records.
Front Office & Basic Administrative Operations:
- Manage front desk operations including visitor logs, appointment scheduling, and basic documentation.
- Assist in routine office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum high school graduate; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in management or hospitality is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in Nepali and basic English.
- Pleasant personality with a client-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and handle front-office responsibilities efficiently.
