Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative for a Call Center located in Nakkhu, Lalitpur. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer concerns, providing accurate information about products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires maintaining a high level of professionalism and working closely with team members to resolve any customer issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and ensuring high Customer Experience
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and address concerns effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Nakkhu Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
