Job Description

Location: Pokhara preferred (Remote applicants from Nepal also welcome)

Job Type: Full-Time

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: Negotiable based on Experience/ Skill

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management

• Manage all online orders via the Shopify admin dashboard.

• Coordinate deliveries with Nepal Can Move.

• Handle returns, refunds, and delivery follow-ups.

Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media (Facebook, Instagram).

• Assist customers with product questions, shipping details, and post-sales queries.

• Maintain a friendly, timely, and professional communication tone.

Product Management

• Add/edit product listings: photos, prices, descriptions, tags.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking.

• Organize products by categories and seasonal promotions.

Sales & Marketing Support

• Update banners and featured products as directed.

• Assist in running small promotions or sales announcements.

• Coordinate with the content creator team when needed.

Reporting & Admin

• Track daily orders and store performance.

• Create weekly reports on sales, product trends, and customer queries.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Shopify or any eCommerce platform.

• Strong communication in English and Nepali (typing and speaking).

• Familiarity with gadgets, mobile accessories, and beauty products.

• Basic digital tools (Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite).

• Reliable, responsive, and good at problem-solving.

• Shopify

• Nepal Can Move (courier coordination)

• Google Drive/Sheets

• Facebook & Instagram chat

• Canva (optional, for basic visuals)

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory but Preferred):

• Graphic design (Canva or similar tools)

• Social media content handling

• Experience with local delivery & customer handling in Pokhara
