Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Pokhara at SIPRADI. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, and maintenance & repair tasks related to commercial and passenger vehicles.
Requirement
- Bachelor in Engineering (Automobile/Mechanical) with at least 1 year of experience.
- Knowledge of workshop norms, procedures and management
- Excellent leadership, team management and customer-handling skills
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Field Service and Technical Support skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Major Responsibilities
- Manage the proper functioning of the workshop.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, handle critical customer complaints
- Maintain agreed CSI and constantly monitor and analysis of CSI and formulate an action plan for effective implementation for improvement
- Ensure timely & quality service at the workshop.
