Job Description

We are seeking a mid-level Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Laravel, API development, and the Svelte framework. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, user-centric web applications that streamline filing and compliance workflows. This role involves working across the stack, from crafting efficient APIs to delivering intuitive front-end experiences, and collaborating with our product and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust back-end services and APIs using Laravel.
• Build responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces with Svelte.
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs for seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver features from concept through deployment.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain code quality and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed.
• Contribute to continuous integration and deployment processess.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a full stack developer or similar role.
• Proficient in PHP with strong experience in Laravel framework.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience building modern web applications with Svelte.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and database design.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility, security, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud hosting environments.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
