Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Engineer, located in Pokhara. The QA Engineer will:
- Perform test execution and ensure software quality.
- Conduct manual testing and create comprehensive test cases.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify, document, and resolve bugs.
- Continuously improve testing processes and strategies.
- Execute software testing to ensure the delivery of high-performing solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Test Execution and Quality Assurance practices.
- Expertise in Manual Testing and creating Test Cases.
- Strong knowledge of Software Testing principles.
- Experience with test automation tools (a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Competitive Salary: Rs. 1.2 – 1.8 Million/year
Requirement: Ability to work night shifts in the Pokhara Office (US Time Zone).
Bonus: Workato experience is advantageous.
