We have a position open for ‘’Client Account Coordinator’’ that will work for our client which is a US-based Logistics-Tech Company in California state. You will be joining the existing team in the Data Center Decommission vertical of service. You are responsible for making sure that the Decommission process for the client is smooth and successfully delivered starting from the Request for Quote (RFQ), planning and mobilization of the Crew Dispatch for Decommission at the site and the Job Completion Report is submitted. 



Job Description & Responsibilities:


  1. Quote Submission & Related Coordination: 
  • Proficiency in client account management and the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders external/internal with the utmost professionalism
  • Responsible for Data Center’s Decom quote submission by using custom contract documents and complex Request for Proposal (RFPs) by using necessary internal resources and if needed, seeking guidance from supervisors.
  • Keep awareness about Quote Tracking, Dispatch Planner and Yearly Schedule Planner
  • Track submitted quotes and attend to the related coordination with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Share/Coordinate on an approved quote for accounting and its timely billing upon work completion 
  • Generate various Reports for internal discussions and submit to clients 
  • Work under the supervision of Project/Operations Director


  1. Client Relationship: 
  • Passionate about client service, interested in developing related skills, and eager to make a positive impact on the client experience
  • Develops and maintains relationships with clients; identifies opportunities to grow the customer base or additional revenue streams. 
  • Coordinate with clients via calls, emails and meetings.
  • Host/Attend to Weekly Meetings/Reports for clients and internal stakeholders to discuss project progress and projections
  • Excellent in complex problem-solving with great communication skills, a detail-oriented work ethic, and a commitment to delivering support solutions
  • Collaborate and coordinate with all internal departments to meet client's needs and the company’s business goals.


  1. Dispatch Management: 
  • Track, plan, coordinate and assign a Decom Dispatch Scheduling
  • Coordination with client’s POC for Dispatch
  • Resources Planning for Dispatch
  • Prepare and distribute Dispatch Prep Docs
  • Coordinate and collect Decom daily work progress from the Project Manager
  • Identify, support and resolve any issues or problems at the project site
  • Escalate the matter whenever the identified problem is not resolved within the escalation timeframe. 
  • Draft, Coordinate and submit Project Completion Report to the client


  1. General:
  • Participate in coordination related to hiring and administration related task
  • Knowledge sharing and if needed providing training to a recruit or within the team 
  • Able to work independently and at the same time able to work with collaborative team settings
  • Identify, address and participate in solving problems for the growth of self, colleagues and the company’s business.
  • Work with cross-functionalities as per the company’s way of working (WoW) policy with the utmost professionalism
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while adapting to new processes and technologies.
  • Travel around United States for official work related to the above listed roles 
  • Work and deliver your services with professional ethics
  • Work under the supervision of the Project Director or COO 
  • Work hours California Local Time (8 AM to 4 PM) and Night Shift for Nepal.


  1. Qualifications & Skills:
  • MBA, Master’s or BBM, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in client account management-related roles in Data Center logistics preferred or any IT/Telecom service-based industry. 
  • Familiarity with Data Center Decommission and the Logistics industry is a plus.
  • Must have a valid work permit in United States
  • Excellent in English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize assigned tasks and work in collaborative team settings.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Proficiency in Excel sheet preferred with an understanding of quoting factors/dynamics
