Job Description:
➢ The ideal candidate should be smart, energetic, and possess strong computer knowledge and
soft skills.
➢ Proficiency MS Office and teams, outlook, onedrive, google products like gmail, google drive,
google map, google meet and also viber, whatsapp.
➢ Excellent in english communication and interpersonal skills.
➢ Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
➢ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
➢ Must have decision making skills.
➢ Client-focused attitude with a passion for providing excellent service.
➢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

➢ Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role.
➢ Experience in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
