Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Agent based in Kathmandu, with some work from home allowed. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, providing product and service information, and documenting customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
