Job Description
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information with professionalism and efficiency. CSRs serve as the frontline of communication between a company and its clients, ensuring a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include handling complaints, processing orders, offering solutions, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, patience, and empathy are essential traits for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, students, and job seekers.
- Provide detailed information about job-ready training programs, course offerings, and career support services.
- Assist with the enrollment process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are met.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, providing timely and professional responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems as needed.
- Support students in job placement activities, including resume building and interview preparation.
- Collaborate with trainers, career advisors, and employers to facilitate successful program outcomes.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing career workshops, information sessions, job fairs, and orientation and bootcamp.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Call Center customer service, International BPO, student support, or RTO administration is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in the aged care, disability support, or vocational training sector is an advantage.
- Knowledge of RTO compliance and student enrollment processes is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A positive and professional attitude with a willingness to assist students in achieving their training goals.
- Basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Excel, and record management skills are essential.
