Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced International Education Counselor with a strong background in guiding students toward international education opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent career counselling, tele-counselling, communication, convincing, and consultative skills to assist students in choosing the right universities and countries based on their academic profiles and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized and consultative counselling to students on study abroad opportunities, including course selection, university shortlisting, and country guidance tailored to their academic background and career goals.
• Conduct effective tele-counselling sessions with prospective students and parents, offering expert advice, addressing concerns, and guiding them through decision-making processes.
• Assist students through the complete application cycle — from initial consultation to admission and visa processing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and international university partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets by effectively converting leads through strong convincing and consultative strategies.
• Provide pre-departure support and ongoing consultation as needed.

Key Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international education counselling, including tele-counselling virtual guidance and physical counselling.
• Strong command of career counselling and consultative techniques to help students make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
• Demonstrated ability to guide students in selecting appropriate universities and countries for study.
• Knowledge of study destinations including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet defined targets.
