Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control/Lab Manager, located in Kathmandu. The Quality Control/Lab Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes in the lab, ensuring all products meet the required standards and specifications. This includes managing lab personnel, conducting tests on concrete products, analyzing test results, maintaining lab equipment, and documenting all quality control activities. The role also involves collaborating with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Control, Testing, and Lab Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage and train lab personnel
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the construction or concrete manufacturing industry is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
