Job Description

We're looking for a Moderator of Orders Feed in Nepal to spot and remove inappropriate content, manage flagged users, and support key data projects. Be part of a team that values integrity, precision, and online safety.

Responsibilities

Monitor and moderate the Orders Feed to ensure compliance with inDrive's community guidelines and rules
Identify and block users who violate platform policies regarding orders and content
Remove inappropriate orders and content related to adult nudity, illegal goods, hate speech, bullying, harassment, etc
Keep track of flagged or inappropriate orders, and log them using Google Sheets as per internal processes
Maintain and update a list of keywords and phrases for censorship within the Orders Feed
Label and categorize datasets for internal purposes as required
Support other content moderation tasks as directed by the team

Requirements:

Proficiency in Nepali (both written and spoken) – mandator
B1 English proficiency or higher – preferre
Strong knowledge of digital platforms and proficiency in using computer
Confident in making quick and responsible moderation decision
Ability to understand cultural nuances and sensitivities, particularly within the Nepali community
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tracking order
