Job Description

We're looking for a Moderator of Orders Feed in Nepal to spot and remove inappropriate content, manage flagged users, and support key data projects. Be part of a team that values integrity, precision, and online safety.



Responsibilities

  • Monitor and moderate the Orders Feed to ensure compliance with inDrive's community guidelines and rules
  • Identify and block users who violate platform policies regarding orders and content
  • Remove inappropriate orders and content related to adult nudity, illegal goods, hate speech, bullying, harassment, etc
  • Keep track of flagged or inappropriate orders, and log them using Google Sheets as per internal processes
  • Maintain and update a list of keywords and phrases for censorship within the Orders Feed
  • Label and categorize datasets for internal purposes as required
  • Support other content moderation tasks as directed by the team


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Nepali (both written and spoken) – mandator
  • B1 English proficiency or higher – preferre
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms and proficiency in using computer
  • Confident in making quick and responsible moderation decision
  • Ability to understand cultural nuances and sensitivities, particularly within the Nepali community
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tracking order
