Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily self-inspections of documents, clearance statuses, materials, income, and outlets.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate monthly reporting and timely procurement and delivery of parts.
• Maintain compliance with standardized processes (including 6S maintenance and call handling protocols).
• Support the implementation of service policies, warranty suggestions, and part delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with agents, dealers, sales personnel, and internal management to resolve complaints and ensure high service standards.
• Guide and train personnel on corporate culture and standardized service procedures.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and daily responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
• Supervise and make suggestions on cross-departmental collaboration related to after-sales operations.
Internal & External Relations:
• Internal: Coordination with After-sales Person in Charge and Management Center
• External: Collaboration with agency salespersons, dealers, salesmen, and industry peers
Authority & Rights:
• Implement and interpret service policy rights (e.g., three-guarantee identification, special machine replacements)
• Authorized to handle parts orders, delivery arrangements, and execute supervisory duties

• Export sales support and technical assessments
• Timely and accurate data submission

• Customer satisfaction
• Expansion and construction of new outlets
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Age between 18–30 years
• Proficiency in computer operations and product knowledge
• Understanding of national and company warranty policies
• Familiarity with standardized service processes and manuals
• Strong learning ability, service awareness, and psychological resilience
