Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and basic accounting tasks to ensure smooth office operations. This role requires someone with excellent coordination skills, basic financial understanding, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize office files, supplies, and oversee regular maintenance
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and communications
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners for operational needs
  • Prepare and assist in the drafting of reports, official documents, and correspondences
  • Track staff attendance, leave records, and assist in HR administrative tasks
  • Manage petty cash, process invoices, and track day-to-day expenses
  • Support the accounts department with basic accounting tasks and data entry
  • Assist in payment follow-ups and maintain bank tracking sheets
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for monthly financial reports and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information
Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or accounting roles is preferred

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with accounting and designing software is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
