Reports To: Admin Manager / HR Head
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and well-presented Front Desk Executive to manage our front office operations and provide administrative support. This role is essential for creating a welcoming environment for visitors and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as required.
- Prepare expense slips for HR & Admin-related expenditures.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries, and distribute them to the appropriate departments.
- Update and manage records of documents received via courier, and ensure end delivery based on stakeholder-provided details.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the front desk.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, or other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
