Department: Administration / HR

Location: Putalisadak, Kathmandu

Reports To: Admin Manager / HR Head


Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and well-presented Front Desk Executive to manage our front office operations and provide administrative support. This role is essential for creating a welcoming environment for visitors and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as required.
  • Prepare expense slips for HR & Admin-related expenditures.
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries, and distribute them to the appropriate departments.
  • Update and manage records of documents received via courier, and ensure end delivery based on stakeholder-provided details.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the front desk.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, or other tasks assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
