We are looking for a results-driven Customer Development Executive (CDE) to lead sales and distribution efforts in Nepalgunj. Ideal candidates will be from the FMCG industry at the ASM level, with strong market knowledge and a proven track record in driving sales growth and managing field teams. Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads to expand the client base.
  • Engage with existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

  • Monitor sales performance and report results to management.
  • Contribute to team efforts by sharing best practices and insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in the development of pricing strategies.
  • Train and support new team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Current experience at ASM level in a reputable FMCG company.
  • Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and building client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the Nepali market and customer preferences.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
