Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Current experience at ASM level in a reputable FMCG company.
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Experience in developing sales strategies and building client relationships.
- Knowledge of the Nepali market and customer preferences.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
