- Assist in the implementation and execution of operational processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Manage tasks such as preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
- Oversee logistics and dispatch processes, including coordinating with affiliates and tracking trips.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues from both internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the organization.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts and pricing.
- Help identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of solutions.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure overall organizational success.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in Operations or administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willing to work all night shifts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
