Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise software projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Trello, and Confluence, and a strong background in managing cross-functional development teams. You will ensure timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Agile or Scrum Master Certification
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level software development projects (ERP, CRM, large web/mobile platforms).
- Knowledge of DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD basics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
