Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for the Video Editor position should have a strong background in video production and editing, a creative mind, and an eye for detail. Experience in real estate video content is a plus, but not required. The candidate should be a team player, highly organized, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Video Editor to create high-quality video content that will showcase our real estate properties and services. You will be responsible for editing video footage, adding graphics and effects, creating promotional content, and ensuring that our brand message is communicated clearly and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of video editing software, a creative approach to storytelling, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit video footage for property listings, promotional content, and client testimonials.
Create and implement engaging visual effects, graphics, and transitions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand video requirements and project goals.
Ensure videos align with the brand's tone and style.
Optimize videos for different platforms, including social media, websites, and YouTube.
Maintain a well-organized library of video content.
Provide creative input to enhance the storytelling of each project.
Ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of video projects.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (completed or running) in Film Production, Media, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Video Editor (1-2 years preferred).
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Strong knowledge of video formats, resolutions, and compression techniques.
Creative mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.

Working Conditions:
- This position is primarily on-site at our Sorhakhutte, Kathmandu office.
Occasional field visits may be required for video shoots at property locations.
