Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain models for architectural/ structural/ Industrial projects using Revit.
- Create Technical Drawings using Revit software to generate 2D and 3D technical drawings based on sketches, specifications, and design parameters provided by engineers, architects, or designers.
- 3D visualization and presentation skills
- Collaborating with team members to ensure accurate and coordinated designs.
- Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Managing project data and documentation.
- Staying updated on industry trends and software advancements.
- Providing technical support when needed.
- Contributing to workflow improvements.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Experience in architectural/Structural design and drafting.
- Proficiency in Revit software. BIM 360 is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

Additional Information:
- Salary: Commensurate with experience.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Since this role requires commuting during late hours, having a two-wheeler is preferred.
