Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and Team player "Reservation & Administration Staff" to join our travel agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling travel bookings, record keeping and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for travel services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle travel reservations, including flights, hotels, tours, visas, insurance and transportation for clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate and timely information.
• Process bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, bookings, and travel itineraries.
• Keep up-to-date record of daily sales and transactions.
• Visit embassies and banks for customer visa service and other necessary agency official errands to organizations.
• Manage office operations, supplies, including scheduling, filing, and document management.
• Support the administration team with office tasks, including maintaining records and reports.
• Assist in preparing business correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed.
• Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
• Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in reservations, travel agency operations, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems Bon Fire software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle customer and operational concerns effectively.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and international travel procedures is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends or holidays if needed.
