Key Responsibilities:
National and International Sales Division
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee and drive comprehensive sales strategies across all product lines.
- Digital & Global Expansion: Utilize digital marketing and innovative tactics to broaden market reach both domestically and internationally.
- Team Coordination: Lead and align Country Sales Managers to achieve corporate growth targets.
Home Appliances Division
- Market Penetration: Develop and execute robust sales strategies to boost revenue and brand visibility.
- Retail Network Growth: Expand ULTRA Exclusive Associates Outlets across Nepal.
- Integrated Marketing: Leverage traditional and digital channels to engage B2B and B2C segments.
Water Purification Division
- Sales Innovation: Spearhead national sales initiatives with a focus on digital channels to drive market penetration.
- Local Partnerships: Collaborate with distributors and retailers to strengthen local market presence.
- Opportunity Identification: Utilize data-driven insights to uncover new business opportunities.
LED Lighting Division
- Channel Integration: Drive sales using a blend of offline and digital strategies.

Water Pumping Division
- Targeted Growth: Lead sales initiatives with a strong focus on digital marketing and targeted promotions.

Qualifications & Experience (For All Positions):
- Academic Edge: A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management is great—but what really matters is your depth of knowledge. More than just a fancy diploma, you have the credibility to back it up.
- Seasoned Trailblazer: You have Proven experience in B2B and B2C digital sales strategies and online sales platforms. Not to be bound by a number, but candidates for this role typically have 7+ years of experience. Experience in international brand expansion and cross-border sales strategies will be a major plus.
- Leadership with Vision: You excel in inspiring teams, solving problems creatively, and making decisions that propel both immediate success and long-term innovation. Ability to drive market growth and develop long-term digital sales strategies will be important.
