Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Student Success & Partnership Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, managing projects, and supporting student success initiatives. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining communication with partners, overseeing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and facilitating student engagement activities.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.

2. Provide information on courses, career opportunities, and eligibility criteria.

3. Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutes.

4. Represent Crest Technology in seminars, educational fairs, and networking events.

5. Develop strategic collaborations with institutions to enhance student recruitment.

6. Identify new student recruitment opportunities through partnerships.

7. Develop marketing and PR strategies to increase brand visibility.

8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Education, Marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in student counseling, business development, or PR.
  • Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project Management skills
  • Sales skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in the education or technology sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Data Analytics tools is a plus
