About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of software engineers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and project execution skills, with a background in .NET technologies being a plus. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, people management, and strategic planning to drive high-quality software development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Oversee software development processes, ensuring best practices and efficient workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Developers, QA and DevOps.
Define technical strategies and drive innovation within the team.
Manage project timelines, resource allocation and technical roadmaps.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and technical excellence.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.
Excellent problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills.
Experience with .NET Technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Familiarity with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of frontend frameworks (Angular] is a plus.
