RESPONSIBILITIES
Web Development & Backend Engineering
- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Laravel and PHP.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services for seamless data exchange.
- Work with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration between UI and backend functionality.
- Optimize application performance and database queries for scalability and efficiency.
Collaboration Across Teams
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, front-end developers, and project managers to translate ideas into high-quality applications.
- Participate in team discussions, provide technical insights, and contribute to project planning and code reviews.
- Ensure proper documentation of features, code structures, and API endpoints for seamless team collaboration.
Continuous Improvement & Learning
- Stay updated with the latest Laravel features, security best practices, and development trends.
- Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities proactively.
- Improve existing codebase by refactoring and following industry best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in Laravel development or related web development roles.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Laravel, PHP, MySQL.
- Strong understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and database management.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React) is a plus.
- Experience with Git version control and deployment workflows.
- Familiarity with server management, third-party API integration, and security best practices.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
