The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced front-end developer specializing in React and modern web application frameworks. The ideal candidate will work remotely from Kathmandu, Nepal, contributing to the development of our AI-powered HR platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects with significant autonomy while maintaining flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces for our AI-powered HR platform
• Implement and maintain React components and frontend architecture
• Collaborate with back-end developers and AI specialists to integrate frontend with APIs and services
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through testing and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

RequirementsEssential Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field from a top-tier engineering university/college

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in front-end development

- Strong proficiency in React.js with TypeScript and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.)

- Expert knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL

- Version control experience (Git)

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong time management capabilities

- Fluent spoken and written English communication skills

Preferred Skills

- In-depth knowledge of React (component lifecycle, state management, performance optimisation, testing)

- Knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, or other React frameworks

- Understanding of Laravel and InertiaJS

- Good eye for design and familiarity with UI/UX design principles

- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)

- Experience working in HR, recruitment tech or related industries

- Working knowledge of AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs)
