Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in building brand awareness, driving online traffic, and generating sales through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online sales.
- Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Manage engaging content across all digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
- Ensure brand collaborations management and influencer marketing.
Social Media Management:
- Oversee and manage all company social media accounts, developing strategies to increase followers and engagement.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication across various social platforms.
- Manage social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts, stories, and videos.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media.
- Run paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to inform and adjust marketing strategies.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging email newsletters with relevant content for different subscriber segments.
- Analyze email open rates and click-through rates to improve campaign effectiveness.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track key metrics and analyze campaign performance data.
- Generate reports to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven adjustments to marketing strategies.
Budget Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to various campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the retail or gifting industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools
- Experience with SEO techniques and website optimization
- Excellent content writing and editing skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Nepali digital landscape and marketing trends
