Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a consultative selling methodology to understand each student’s unique academic aspirations, career goals, and budget.
  • Engage with prospective students and their families via phone, video calls, and virtual platforms. Provide guidance on program selection, university choices, and study abroad application processes, ensuring that the students’ needs and concerns are addressed with clarity and empathy.
  • Develop and present personalized roadmaps for students, detailing the step-by-step process involved in their study abroad journey.  
  • Close sales deals and consistently meet individual and team sales targets, contributing to the organization’s overall success.
  • Provide ongoing support to students throughout their journey, addressing concerns, tracking progress, and offering advice to ensure success.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends in international education, including program offerings, university rankings, and application strategies.
  • Regularly track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies and achieve performance goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., education, international relations, business)
  • Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably in the education or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of the higher education landscape, including university rankings, program offerings, and application processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
