Role Description

Reliance College in Kathmandu is seeking an on-site Flutter Trainer to mentor and train IT program students in mastering cross-platform app development. This non-credit course will focus on delivering interactive training sessions, guiding students through hands-on projects like building UI components, implementing state management, and deploying functional mobile applications. The role also involves fostering skills in Dart programming, Firebase integration, and best practices in mobile app development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of full-time corporate experience in related field.

Preferences

Proven experience in Flutter development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your mobile app projects.
Proficiency in Dart programming and Flutter frameworks.
Experience with Firebase, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
Strong understanding of state management (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.).
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and mobile app design best practices.
Experience in conducting training sessions or mentoring students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with students and management.
Relevant certification or degree in Mobile App Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
