About the Role:


We are looking for an energized and driven Architect with one to three years of experience to join our team! As a Architect, you will apply your knowledge of software, strategic thinking, and collaborative skills to manage projects from inception through the final stages of construction. This includes developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings, specifications and construction documents including renders. You should be able to take ownership of your projects’ submission, be in the design and construction of a new building, an extension, or alterations project, and deliver on the client's requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior architects on design concepts, contributing ideas and participating in discussions.
  • Create and modify design drawings and 3D models.
  • Assist in project documentation, file maintenance, and ensure compliance with codes.
  • Conduct research and contribute to site plans in site analysis and planning.
  • Communicate with team members, clients, and attend meetings.
  • Develop technical skills in design software and understanding building codes.
  • Create 3D models, assist in presentations, and provide project support.
  • Contribute to project management tasks.
  • Engage in continuous learning, training, and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Review drawings for accuracy, ensure compliance with standards, and address design issues collaboratively.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from renowned university.
  • Knowledge of architectural design principles and concepts.
  • Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software like Revit, Rhino, Cad, Sketchup, etc.
  • Understanding and application of building codes and regulations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to contribute creative ideas and participate in design discussions.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization tools e.g. Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Enscape etc.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Previous internship or relevant work experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.


Experience: 1-3 years.
