Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual for Warranty Data Entry & Automobile Service Technician. This role is ideal for candidates with a Diploma in Automobile Engineering, who have a passion for the automotive industry and are eager to apply their technical knowledge and skills in a hands-on environment. Freshers with relevant training or experience are also encouraged to apply!Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enter warranty data into the system (WOW).
- Handle documentation and ensure proper record-keeping for all warranty claims.
- Coordinate and manage failed parts as part of the warranty process.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving automobile service issues.
- Assist in the overall maintenance and servicing of vehicles, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and timely processing of warranty claims.
- Diploma in Automobile Engineering (Required).
- 1 year of experience in Automobile Service is preferred.
- Prior experience with Warranty Data Entry, Documentation, and Failed Parts Management is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge in automobile servicing and repairs.
- Computer Proficiency (familiarity with warranty systems like WOW).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
