Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging content for our social media platforms, scheduling posts with fresh and innovative ideas, and writing compelling newsletters. Proficiency in Canva is a must, and familiarity with additional design tools is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities

Develop and design creative, on-brand content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to promote Cynical Technology’s services and thought leadership in cybersecurity.
Schedule and manage posts using social media management tools, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
Write engaging newsletters to communicate company updates, cybersecurity tips, and industry insights to our audience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative campaigns.
Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other assets using Canva (and other tools, if applicable).
Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies to maximize engagement.
Ensure all content aligns with Cynical Technology’s brand voice and cybersecurity focus.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in content creation for social media platforms (please include portfolio or samples, if available).
Expertise in Canva for designing professional and creative graphics.
Strong understanding of social media scheduling and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
Exceptional creativity and ability to generate fresh, out-of-the-box ideas.
Excellent writing skills for newsletters and social media captions, with a knack for simplifying complex cybersecurity topics.
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is a must).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with additional design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) is a plus.
Experience in newsletter platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
Understanding of social media analytics to track and optimize performance.
