We are seeking a proactive and organized College Administrator to oversee events, extracurricular activities (ECA), and daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and managing college events, coordinating student activities, assisting in operational tasks, and visiting universities for collaborations.
KRA:
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute college events, seminars, workshops, and cultural activities.
- Extracurricular Activities (ECA): Oversee student clubs, sports activities, and other non-academic programs.
- Operations Support: Assist in administrative tasks, manage logistics, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- University Visits: Represent the college for official meetings, collaborations, and student outreach.
- Coordination: Work closely with faculty, students, and external vendors for event execution and other administrative needs.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain records of activities, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to institutional policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in event management, administration, or operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation.
- Must own a two-wheeler license for travel.
