Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our farm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing effective farm management strategies, ensuring productivity, and maintaining high agricultural standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily farm operations, including crop and livestock management.
• Develop and implement strategic farm management plans for increased efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise and coordinate farm staff, ensuring smooth workflow and performance.
• Monitor and maintain farm equipment, machinery, and facilities for optimal functionality.
• Manage farm budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations on the farm.
• Maintain detailed farm records, including production, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Work on improving farm sustainability and adopting modern agricultural techniques.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Farm Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, crop management, and livestock care.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Prior experience in farm operations, budgeting, and staff management is an advantage.
• Candidates from Dhakdhai or nearby areas are highly preferred.
