Your Impact
- Design and build creative AI-powered features using modern language models.
- Shape our technical architecture and help us make thoughtful technology decisions.
- Create delightful, responsive interfaces that make AI capabilities feel natural.
- Bring your ideas to life and experiment with new approaches.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and craft elegant solutions.
- 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience (or equivalent full-stack development background).
- Strong understanding of web application architecture.
- Frontend development experience (React knowledge is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to own features from concept to delivery.
- Experience building and shipping production applications.
- Genuine curiosity about AI/ML technologies, particularly language models.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborative problem-solving.
- Experience building AI-powered features or experimenting with LLMs, evals and agents.
- Side projects or contributions showing initiative and creativity. Indie dev experiences are a big plus.
- Open source contributions or technical blog posts.
- Experience with early-stage products (0 to 1 development).
- Backend: Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL.
- Frontend: Hotwire, Stimulus, TailwindCSS, React.
- AI: Language model integrations (OpenAI gpt-4o, Anthropic claude haiku/sonnet, Perplexity web-search, Gemini 2.0 flash).
