Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple website development projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and the development team to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Ensure the project team follows best practices, methodologies, and industry standards for web development.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Track project performance and deliverables to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Manage resources and delegate tasks effectively within the development team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically within web development or related industries.
- Strong understanding of web development processes, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- PMP, Scrum, or other relevant certifications (preferred).
