Experience Level: Mid & Senior

We are seeking a talented and experienced Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP, strong programming skills in Python, and experience in developing custom Odoo modules and integrations. You will work closely with our business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that enhance our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs.
• Optimize and maintain existing Odoo modules and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Perform functional testing and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Support and troubleshoot issues related to the Odoo environment.
• Ensure security and scalability of the ERP system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience in Odoo development (v16 or v17 preferred).
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and XML.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Odoo web technologies (QWeb, Owl JS).
• Familiarity with Odoo’s core modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in customizing views, workflows, and reports in Odoo.
• Experience in version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of Linux server environments and deployment processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, APIs, and integration with external services.
• Familiarity with Azure, Power BI, or Tableau for reporting and analytics.
• Experience with Odoo.sh or Odoo SaaS.
• Knowledge of eCommerce module and multi-company setup.
