Key Responsibilities:


As a Human Resources Administrator , you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a workplace where talent thrives and innovation flourishes. Here’s what you’ll do:


  • Policy Development & Compliance: Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with local labor laws, industry regulations, and company objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent for our dynamic fintech environment.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate, confidential employee records covering performance evaluations, benefits, promotions, and other HR documentation.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and managing employee relations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Payroll & Tax Compliance: Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate compensation while adhering to tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Office & IT Management: Manage office facilities, equipment, and IT infrastructure, ensuring the team has everything needed to work efficiently and innovatively.
  • Onboarding & Training: Organize employee orientation and professional development programs to enhance skills and drive growth.
  • Performance Management: Support performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and assist employees in achieving their professional goals.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and perks, ensuring smooth administration and compliance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, payroll requirements, and other relevant regulations impacting the fintech industry.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and business needs in a dynamic tech environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations, particularly those related to technology companies and the fintech industry.
  • Ability to think independently, challenge traditional methods, and implement innovative solutions within HR.
  • Experience in the HR Department in a global production or engineering company is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
  • Previous experience in Tech Company is Preferable.
