Overview
We are actively seeking a Part-time “Corporate English Fluency Instructor” to join our team in Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in TOEFL/IELTS instruction or similar programs for at least 1-2 years.
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA certification preferred.
- Strong expertise in English grammar, fluency, and accent training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to arrange and conduct classes during agreed-upon time slots.
- Experience in training corporate employees or professionals.
- Familiarity with adult learning techniques and tools.
- Ability to incorporate practical workplace scenarios into lessons.
Responsibilities
English Fluency Instructor services include but are not limited to the following:
- Assess the current English proficiency levels of employees and design a tailored curriculum to meet their specific communication needs, aligned with TOEFL/IELTS standards and professional fluency goals.
- Recommend the frequency, duration, and structure of classes required to achieve fluency and proficiency within a 3- to 6-month timeframe.
- Conduct interactive and engaging classes to enhance employees' written and verbal English communication skills, focusing on practical corporate scenarios.
- Design and administer weekly and monthly assessments to evaluate employees' progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust the curriculum accordingly.
- Provide regular progress reports, constructive feedback, and tailored resources to support individual employee improvement.
- Foster a supportive and dynamic learning environment for employees with varying levels of proficiency.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure alignment of the program with company objectives and adapt the course to accommodate growing team needs.
- Be open to the possibility of extending the engagement as the team expands and additional language training is required.
