Job Description
Position: Client Engagement Specialist (Bench Sales Recruiter)
Location: Kuleshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Night [7:15 PM to 4:15 AM]
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: Rs.40,000 – Rs.45,000 monthly (based on experience and qualifications) + performance incentives
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage and market the bench consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and US citizens)
· Build relationships with prime vendors and staffing partners
· Negotiate rates and payment terms with clients and vendors
· Keep consultants informed about new job opportunities and placements
· Maintain and update candidate databases, work with internal teams on candidate status
· Handle all aspects of bench sales, including job posting, email marketing, and cold calling
Skills and Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience in bench sales/recruiting
· Bachelor's degree from any faculty
· Knowledge of US recruitment processes
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills
· Experience working with H1B, OPT, EAD, and GC consultants
· Strong understanding of visa and immigration processes
Preferred: Experience in sales, HR, or IT consulting
