Position: Sales and Service Engineer / Mechanical Engineer

Position: Sales and Service Manager

Location: Kathmandu

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in various sectors including hospitality, commercial, and residential markets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and deliver technical presentations.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and troubleshooting as needed.
Prepare and present detailed and competitive proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the engineering, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback on product performance and market needs to drive continuous improvement.
Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals.

· Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings of MEP Works.

· Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.

· Manage and report the site material inventory to management/procurement team.

· Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

· 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing.

· Experience working with hotels and hospitality staff is an added advantage.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

· Willingness to travel as required.

· Mandatory two wheelers and license.
