Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Head to lead and manage SIS (Shop-in-Shop) showrooms across Nepal. The candidate will be responsible for driving showroom performance, maintaining brand standards, and expanding retail presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all SIS showrooms across Nepal
Ensure proper merchandising and upkeep of showroom displays
Maintain brand visibility and ensure branding standards are consistently followed
Oversee display products, ensuring proper placement and periodic rotation
Monitor and control retail outlets and coordinate with channel partners
Identify opportunities for new showroom expansion
Generate leads and manage the entire process from outlet onboarding to store opening
Job Specification
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
(MBA/Master’s degree preferred)
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or showroom management
Prior experience in sanitaryware, construction materials, or home appliances industry is highly preferred
Prior experience in sanitary ware, construction materials, or home appliances industry
Strong understanding of retail sales, showroom operations, and display management
Knowledge of branding execution in retail environments
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to handle multi-location operations
